    1. Introduction

    These Terms govern your use of the Rentisity platform. By accessing or using Rentisity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

    2. Who we are

    Rentisity is a digital platform that connects tenants, landlords, and service providers. We provide tools for listing properties, managing applications, communicating securely, and facilitating rental-related workflows.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Irish law to use Rentisity. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

    4. Account responsibilities

    Users are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
    • Safeguarding login credentials and access to their account
    • All activity that occurs under their account

    You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

    5. Platform role

    Rentisity:

    • Is not a landlord, tenant, letting agent, or legal advisor
    • Does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice
    • Facilitates communication, workflows, and information exchange between users

    We are a technology platform — not a party to any rental agreements formed between users.

    6. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
    • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
    • Scrape, copy, or extract data without authorisation
    • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
    • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

    7. Suspension and termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to Rentisity at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking action.

    8. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Rentisity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

    Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Rentisity, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    9. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
